Our dear Norma is now with our Lord and Savior Jesus. Her kindness and loving care for others as well as her abundant energy and dedication to her work made a lasting impression on those who knew her.

Her family and long time friends include her husband Paul, mother-in-law Dee, Auntie Andy (deceased), brother-in-law Dave, her son Sonny Publico, grandchildren Sam & Pam, her parents Gabriel and Juana (both deceased), sisters Alice, Lourdes, Purisa, Felina (deceased) and Teresa (deceased), brothers Felix and Domingo and friends Marvin, Nelly, Hon Bun (Victor) & Hon Fai (Simon), and her childhood friend and classmate Elena.
