Barbara Jean Foy
Born in Poway and lived in Escondido and Vista her whole life. She was a homemaker, nurse, ran a daycare out of her home and at Orange Glen High School and she was a full time animal lover. She was a devoted Christian, loved crafting, and helping others.
Barbara passed from this life to her heavenly home on Dec 9th, 2025 at the age of 79. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, William Foy, children: James (Stacy) Foy and Gwyn Foy, grandchildren: Ciarra (Garrett) Castner, Ryan Semon, Alexandra Foy, and Samantha Foy, great grandchildren: William Castner and Eloise Castner, sister: Rebecca Ellison and brother: Kent Schmeeckle.
Barbara will be forever loved, deeply missed, and joyfully remembered.
