Eric “Reg” Weishuhn passed away peacefully on May 13, 2026, at the age of 78.

Born on September 1, 1947, Reg lived a life grounded in faith, family, patriotism, and love for the places he called home. He married the love of his life, Linda, on May 20, 1967, beginning a devoted partnership that would span decades.

Shortly after their marriage, Reg and Linda moved from Ohio to San Diego, California, in 1972, where they built their life and raised their family. Their son, Eric, was born in 1967, followed by their daughter, Wendy, in 1972. Reg took immense pride in his children and later cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren, Summer and Jack.

Reg deeply loved God, his country, and the California communities that became such an important part of his life — especially San Diego and Ramona. He will be remembered for his steadfast values, his dedication to family, and the warmth and strength he brought to those around him.

Reg is now reunited with his beloved wife, Linda; and survived by his children, Eric and Wendy; and his treasured grandchildren, Summer and Jack.

Reg’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
