Before he joined the military, Mark was a baseball player in high school and loved playing softball in his later years. He loved the beach and riding his beach cruiser with his loyal companion, his little chihuahua Leah. Mark being an avid sports fan, also very much enjoyed hanging out with his IB friends at The Office and The Bullpen Tavern watching his favorite sport, baseball and cheering on his favorite teams the San Diego Padres and the San Diego Chargers.
