Mary Ann E. Rebold

Mary Ann Rebold, born on June 30, 1929, was a vibrant woman and mother of 3 with a strong sense of adventure and a knack for warming hearts. She worked most of her life to support her family--from waitress, to secretary, to real estate agent, to acting on stage, TV and in film--and her courage and energy were an inspiration to all who knew her. In her 50’s she traveled alone to communist Czechoslovakia to connect with her distant relatives. In her 70’s she went on a cave spelunking expedition with her church group. She volunteered at the Braille Institute, played the piano at her local nursing home, and was a member of the Kiwanis Club.  She loved to play piano, and dance, and bring people together. She often kept busy with arts and crafts projects and would always lend a hand to someone in need.  

She was in good spirits until she left us on February 5. She is survived by her three children--Curt, Sue and Tom, her brother and sister, and numerous nephews and nieces.
