Michael Jon Boldrick was born March 10, 1939. Michael was a dearly loved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He lived in Southern California his entire life. Michael loved the ocean and sailing in his youth. In his older years, he enjoyed his classic Volkswagen bug.
Throughout his life, he was an incredibly hard worker. He was a quiet man who lived a quiet life, but when he laughed, his laughter filled the room. Michael passed away at home, the evening of January 3rd, 2026. In his last moments he was surrounded by those he loved most, his beloved wife, Iris, whom he shared his life with for 68 years of marriage and raised 3 children and a granddaughter with, his daughter Kimberly who was both his best friend and devoted daughter, his great grandson, Kai Bishop, who diligently helped care for him daily in his last year of life, and his dear friend Nat who started as a caregiver but became a part of the family. Michael leaves behind his loving wife, 2 living children, 2 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and his wonderful friends Nat, a devoted and gentle soul, Bernie, a loving friend and cna, and his dear friend Robert. A private memorial will be held for Michael in his home with his family and friends.
