Tonette Bennett

Tonette Marie Bennett, lovingly known as Toni, passed away on October 29, 2024 , at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego at the age of 60. Born on May 26, 1964, to Judy Barrett and David Klopfer, Toni lived a life marked by love for her family. She was a caring mother to her two sons, Tyler Bennett and Connor Bennett, and was deeply cherished as a daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt and grandmother.

Toni spent nearly 40 years working in the grocery industry, where she touched countless lives through her hard work and dedication. She retired in 2022, leaving behind a legacy of reliability and service with her coworkers and customers alike. 

Toni found immense joy in the beauty of the ocean and the serenity of sunsets. Her family will forever remember her adventurous spirit, her boundless love, and her laughter that could brighten any room. 

She leaves behind a family that will hold her memory close, treasuring the times spent together and the love she shared. Toni’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. 

Toni is survived by her two children, Tyler Bennett and Connor Bennett, her mother Judy Barrett, her sisters Janet Cummings and Lana Massey,  her grandchildren Korben Bennett, Jessie Bennett and Clarissa Crosby, her nieces, nephews, and her great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, David Klopfer, and her sister, Sherry Christian.

A Celebration of Tonette Marie Bennett's life will be held on November 23, 2024 at 206 Calgary Ct. Vista Ca 92083. All who knew Toni are welcome to join us in remembering a life well-lived and a person well-loved.
