By Vadim Berenson:
I am floating in the boat
Far above the sky.
I'm writing you a note,
That I'm gonna die.
I will slowly disappear
In the darkened sky
I don't mind & I don't fear
Since I learned to fly.
Stars around, stars above me
Mark my Ionely road.
Winds with hands so warm and lovely
Slowly rock my boat.
They are playing with my hair
Toss my pain aside,
They are playing with my hair
Toss my pain aside,
They are singing: “Please, don't dare.”
Beg me, - “Please don’t write.”
“We will carry you in darkness of the starry night
Best of lovers, best of partners,
Best of friends - don’t write.
We will cure away your pain
Help you to forget.”
Their voices die in vain,
Cause I’m writing yet
How I’m floating in the sphere of the starry sky,
How I'm writing with no fear, that I'm gonna die.
